Pretentious or ambitious? Careerists, opportunists? Dreamers or innovators? Or maybe those are the people that will make a dream come true – to have a profession you adore and a chance to grow, but not only in the work hierarchy, but also in this crazy, chaotic world that we live in?

Maybe one day our future colleagues from the Gen Z will achieve that! But now some of them are focused on their education, some of them are struggling with the labor market. Dealing with the job opportunities. And they are many, as they say and as also say the representatives of the previous generation.

In this episode of the podcast you can find the opinion of four ladies from Bulgaria, born before and after 1996 - the year that separates the people to Generation Y and to Generation Z.
