For vi er nødt til at gentænke vores madvaner, hvis vi skal nå i mål med den grønne omstilling. Men hvordan får vi skabt fødevarer og madvaner, der kan bidrage til den Grønne omstilling?
Vi stiller ind på fremtidens grønne fødevarer, og vi undersøger, hvordan de grønne alternativer kan blive mainstream. Med andre ord: Hvad skal der til for at ændre vores madvaner i en grønnere retning.
Det undersøger vi, og vi sender mikrofonen rundt til vores nabolande. Herhjemme vi taler med Jonas Astrup, der er udviklingschef i Meyers Madhus. Vi spørger ham, hvad han mener, når han siger, at “If we get food right, we get sustainability right”.
