The European "Green Deal" changes not only energy and the economy, but also the lives of citizens. A number of aspects of public life will be transformed as a result of the main goal - decarbonization of the European continent by 2050. The transition in Bulgaria, where about 70% of carbon emissions are result of energy, requires a huge effort. Beyond the debate about the path and direction of the green transformation towards which developed countries and their societies are striving the focus should be - how much will it cost and what are we willing to give up for a cleaner environment?
