Dependence on electronic devices, lack of enough sleep, addiction to social networks and online entertainment and generally poor sleep hygiene - are some of the reasons for the lack of adequate sleep-in young people. In recent years, there has been talk of a mass phenomenon - more and more young people stay up late at night in front of electronic devices, and this impacts not just the quality of their sleep, but their health and quality of life.
